Formless Solutions
Formless Solutions

Paid diagnostic · fixed scope

Decide what to build before committing to AI, data, or automation.

Formless Solutions maps the decision workflow, reviews the available evidence, and delivers a written recommendation with priorities, risks, and a practical next step.

  • Fixed scope
  • 5–15 business days
  • Written deliverable
  • Implementation is optional

A useful starting point when the next move is unclear

The diagnostic is designed for operating questions that cross people, systems, data, and AI—not for adding technology without a decision context.

  • Manual work spans tools, spreadsheets, systems, and handoffs.
  • An AI, RAG, or automation idea lacks evaluation criteria and review ownership.
  • A prototype works in a demo but has not been tested against the real workflow.
  • Metrics, definitions, or data quality are not consistent enough for a decision.
  • The team needs to choose whether to build, buy, integrate, train, redesign, or stop.

Three fixed-scope starting points

Prices are fixed for the standard scope below. If the context requires broader access or additional workflows, the scope is revised before work starts—not during delivery.

Shorter starting point

Preliminary assessment

1 business day

$100

If your company is small and/or you are unsure whether you fit the options below: for a fixed price you receive a preliminary reading of your situation, pointing out your needs and whether the case fits one of the diagnostics.

  • Short form, no mandatory meeting
  • Reading of the situation: needs, risks, and what is still undecided
  • Which diagnostic fits—or that it is not the right moment yet
  • Written answer by email

If the case fits one of the diagnostics and you commission it within 60 days, the $100 preliminary assessment is credited against the diagnostic price.

Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL). Payment, scheduling, and the final standard-scope checklist are confirmed in writing before kickoff. Brazilian clients may pay by Pix.

What you leave with

  • 01A map of the workflow, decisions, owners, and review points.
  • 02The most relevant constraints, risks, dependencies, and evidence gaps.
  • 03Options compared with explicit trade-offs and acceptance criteria.
  • 04A prioritized 30/60/90-day path for what to test, build, train, defer, or stop.
  • 05An optional fixed-price implementation proposal when the next step is sufficiently clear.

How the engagement works

  1. 1. Context

Confirm the decision, standard scope, participants, materials, timing, and access boundaries.

  2. 2. Investigation

Review the workflow, examples, evidence, systems, and operating constraints that affect the decision.

  3. 3. Synthesis

Compare paths, make assumptions visible, and separate immediate actions from later hardening.

  4. 4. Delivery

Receive the written diagnostic and discuss the recommended decision path in a readout session.

Implementation remains optional

When the diagnostic supports a clear next move, Formless Solutions can propose a separate fixed-price scope across data infrastructure, software systems, AI evaluation, training, or integrated delivery. You are not required to continue with us.

Scope boundaries

  • The diagnostic does not include a production build or deployment.
  • Extensive data migration, penetration testing, and legal or regulatory audits are not included.
  • No return on investment is guaranteed before the workflow and evidence are measured.
  • Recommendations depend on timely access to the agreed participants, examples, and materials.

Common questions

How is the preliminary assessment credited?

If the preliminary assessment points to one of the diagnostics and you commission it within the window stated on this page, the amount paid for the assessment is credited against the price of the chosen diagnostic.

Is the diagnostic generated automatically by AI?

No. Tools may support analysis, but the engagement is human-led and the recommendation is reviewed against the supplied evidence and operating context.

Do I have to hire the implementation afterwards?

No. The written diagnostic is a standalone deliverable. Any implementation proposal is separate and optional.

What should I send in the first contact?

Share the decision you need to make, the workflow involved, who uses it, and the current constraint. Do not send confidential credentials or sensitive data in the initial email.

What happens if my scope is larger than a listed option?

We clarify the boundary and price before kickoff. Work does not begin under an open-ended scope.

Start with the decision, not the tool.

Describe the workflow or decision you need to review. We will confirm whether one of the standard diagnostics fits before recommending a larger project.
